or fax your order to 847-213-5959. Returns And Custom Orders We know that it is sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. Please contact us at 800-621-5165 to speak to a customer service representative. They will issue a Return Authorization Number on the order.Ordering Policies
Minimum Order Minimum of $15.00 or a $5.00 handling charge will be applied Custom Orders Exact Quantities cannot be guaranteed. + or - 10% of order quantity will be considered complete and billing will be adjusted accordingly. Shipping Stock items will ship within 24-48 hours. Please allow 3-4 weeks for custom imprinted items. Custom items such as badges and awards can take up to 2 weeks. Please let us know if you have an event date, we can adjust shipping methods accordingly. Expedited shipping and rush charges may apply.
